To make
If you were afraid to give your children fish, start here. Salmon is thick-fleshed and flavorful.
Combine the first 6 ingredients in a large, sturdy zippered plastic bag. Seal the bag; shake to dissolve the sugar. Put the salmon in the bag. Close the bag, turning it over so that the salmon is covered. Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.Preheat the grill to high heat. Remove the salmon from the bag; leave the marinade. Place the salmon on a grate greased with cooking spray. Saute for 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired browning degree. Pour the marinade into a microwave-safe bowl. Cook in the microwave on high power for 1 minute and 30 seconds or until it boils. Serve the salmon with the sauce.Tip: Buying good fish is really important for the final taste of the recipe. Fish should never smell like "fish". It should smell like the sea or a river. In addition, the pulp should be bright in color. Don't be afraid to sniff it or ask the fish vendor when it arrived. If he can't tell you, then it's time to find another place to buy it!
