1 liter unsweetened white grape juice, room temperature
4 sachets of flavorless gelatin (1/4 oz)

Very berry gelatin is a quick, easy and affordable summer side dish or dessert that will not leave your guests indifferent.
Strawberries are washed, dried, peeled and cut in half (if they are large). Remove the stalks from blueberries; wash and dry the berries. Wash the blackberries and dry them. (Do not wash raspberries.) Place the berries in a large bowl. Stir gently and transfer to an 8-by-4-inch (2-quart) bread pan.Pour 1/2 cup of the juice into a small bowl. Sprinkle the gelatin on top and let it stand and soften for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, pour 1 1/2 cups of the juice into a large heatproof bowl. Reheat in the microwave for 2 minutes at full power, until it becomes hot. Preheat the softened gelatin in the microwave on full power for 30 seconds to allow it to dissolve. Add the gelatin to the hot juice. Add the remaining 2 cups of juice at room temperature.Gradually pour 3 cups of the gelatin-juice mixture over the berries. Chill, uncovered, for 30 minutes to allow it to set. Drizzle the pan with the remaining juice (cover all the berries) and refrigerate for at least 2 1/2 hours, until firm.To prevent the gelatin from defrosting, dip the mold in hot water for 10 seconds. Remove from the water; turn the oblong dish onto a baking sheet and flip. Gelatin should be loosened. If the gelatin doesn't work, return the mold to the hot water. Blot the remaining liquid with a paper towel.
