1 egg
salt, spices to taste
For the fill:
100 gr. pommel
100 gr. carrots
50 ml. Rast oil
1 Cup tomato paste
1 Cup water
1 tablespoon flour
Salt, spices, herbs to taste

To make

This is a simple recipe for meat meatballs with rice. First you need to prepare the sauce, gravy for meatballs. Grate carrots on a small grater. On a preheated frying pan, pour a little vegetable oil. Pour there chopped onion and fry it until transparent. When onion will become soft and transparent, add carrot, and randomize. When all this is a little fried add the tomato paste and stir. Here you can also add a tablespoon of sour cream. Put out a little and add half a glass of water. In the rest of the water, dissolve a tablespoon of flour. After that, pour the water and flour into the pan. Add salt, pepper and herbs to your taste. Try the sauce to taste, if you are satisfied then the sauce is ready.

Now you need to prepare the stuffing. Mix it with boiled rice, add egg, salt, pepper and mix it all. Now the stuffing needs to be beaten out, so that it turns out more dense. Divide it into 12 portions.

With wet hands, roll the minced meat into balls and put them in a baking dish. Gently pour the sauce over the meatballs and send to bake. Bake at 180C for about 30-35 minutes.

You can serve them as a separate dish with a salad or with a side dish. This is at your request. Cook meatballs according to this recipe. They turn out beautiful, appetizing and delicious.
