Amish Cinnamon Bread

Ingredients
dough:
1 cup softened butter
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 cups buttermilk or 2 cups milk plus 2 tablespoons vinegar or lemon juice
4 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
CINNAMON AND SUGAR MIXTURE:
⅔ cups of sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
To make
No kneading, you just mix and bake.
Whisk together the butter, 2 cups sugar and eggs. Add the milk, flour, and baking soda. Place 1/2 serving of dough (or slightly less) in greased baking pans (1/4 for each pan). Combine 2/3 cup sugar and cinnamon in a separate bowl. Sprinkle 3/4 of the cinnamon mixture over 1/2 of the batter in each pan. Put the remaining dough in the molds; sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon. Beat with a knife. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. or until the toothpick test is clean.Cool in the pan for 20 minutes before removing from the pan.
