300 gr. Curd's
2 eggs
1.5-2 tbsp sugar
Pinch of salt (1/4 teaspoon)
1/3 teaspoon soda
200-220 grams of flour(1.5 Cup capacity. 250 ml.)

I want to offer you a recipe for very tasty cottage cheese donuts. This recipe is a godsend. He will always help you out. Whether you have guests on the doorstep, or for your family you need something to cook quickly. These donuts are prepared very easily and simply, but it turns out delicious.

In cottage cheese add 2 eggs, and a half dining room phytosterols sugar, a pinch of salt and all of this well grind with a fork.  Pour in the flour soda, stir, sift it into the curd mass and knead the dough. There is no need to knead the batter, it should be of medium consistency. The finished dough is rolled into a flagellum with a diameter of about 3 centimeters. Cut it into pieces about 1.5 centimeters thick. Now each piece should be dipped on both sides of the flour. Next, give all the pieces a round shape. Pour a little oil into a frying pan and put on medium heat. Do not condense the tortillas, because they will increase in size when frying. When frying, cover the pan with a lid. They fry quickly, about one and a half minutes. Do not make the fire large, so that they do not burn, but are well roasted. Remove the finished doughnuts to a plate with a paper towel to remove excess fat.

Serve them can be decorated with powdered sugar and the same with sour cream, condensed milk, jam is already to your taste. Doughnuts are unusually lush, soft and very tasty.
