Cottage cheese casserole

Ingredients

600 gr. Cottage cheese (at least 9 % fat)
3 large eggs (or 4 medium)
3 tablespoons semolina
50 gr. Sugar, take to your liking
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
1/3 teaspoon salt
100 gr. Sour cream (I have 20 % fat)
70 ml milk (for monkey)
30 gr. Raisin's
30 gr. Dried apricot

This is a simple and quick recipe for cottage cheese casserole. It turns out juicy. tender and tasty.

Pour the semolina milk, mix well and set it aside for now. In cottage cheese add where sea salt, eggs, sour cream, sugar and vanilla sugar. All this is well beaten with a blender until smooth. If you do not have a blender, then wipe the cottage cheese through a sieve. If you buy cottage cheese in packs (it is more homogeneous there), you can simply mash it with a fork. Next, add semolina and milk to the cottage cheese and mix.

Mix the raisins with the dried apricots and add a little flour so that they do not settle so much to the bottom. Add raisins and dried apricots to the mass with cottage cheese and mix. (as supplements, take what you love. You can take prunes, candied fruits, orange zest, lemon. This is to your taste.)

Take a split form(I use a form with a diameter of 20 cm), cover the bottom with parchment paper, and lubricate the walls with crushed butter and cover with flour. Pour the curd into the mold and smooth everything well. Bake at 180C for about 40 minutes.
