Vanilla pudding


One third Cup white sugar
Two tablespoons cornstarch
One eighth tablespoon fine salt
Two small cups cow's milk
Two large, slightly whipped, egg yolks
Two tablespoons of natural margarine or butter, which we need to slightly podtopit
Two teaspoons of vanilla

To make

To cook vanilla pudding, take a two-quarter pan and mix sugar, corn starch powder and fine salt in it. All this is gradually stirred in milk. Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly until it thickens and boils. Leave the mixture to boil for another minute, stirring, to vanilla pudding turned out even tastier.

In the finished hot mixture add the egg yolks, stirring well. Cook the mixture over low heat for one minute. Remove the pan from the heat and add natural margarine or butter and vanilla to the mixture. Again, mix everything well.

Pour the mixture into dessert saucers. Cover them with a lid and allow to cool for one hour. We keep the pudding in the fridge.

Ready pudding can be sprinkled with coconut or cinnamon and serve. Bon appetit!
