Stew with peppers and tomatoes

Ingredients
Sweet pepper (red, fleshy) - 1 kg
Tomatoes-350 g
Onion - 1 PC.
Garlic-2 cloves
Carrot-half
Dried paprika-to taste
Wine or Apple cider vinegar - to taste
Vegetable oil-30 ml
Salt, spices, sugar, herbs
To make
In hot oil 3 minutes, fry the peeled and sliced garlic, then remove it. Fry chopped onions. Add the peeled chopped carrots, paprika and a little fry with onions. I scald the tomatoes and peel them. Cut the tomatoes into slices, and pepper-strips, add to the pan to fry. Carcass about 20 min. Add salt, spices, sugar, vinegar. If tomatoes are sour, then I add more sugar, and vinegar-less. Boil for 2-3 minutes. Serve with fresh herbs.
