Berries with Mascarpone

Ingredients
½ cup whipped cream
1 container mascarpone cheese (8 oz.)
¾ cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pint blueberries
1 pint raspberries
1 pint of blackberries
1 pint of gooseberries
To make
Beat the whipped cream with an electric mixer until firm peaks form. Add the mascarpone, powdered sugar and vanilla, whisking until smooth. Serve with berries.
