Ingredients
1 untreated cedar or alder board
1 (1 1/2 lb) salmon fillet
3 tablespoons sweet and salty salmon, grated on a coarse grater
Lemon slices

Soak the cedar chips in water for at least 30 minutes.If necessary, remove the bones from the salmon and evenly brush the fish with grated cheese. Cover with plastic wrap or foil and refrigerate until ready to grill.Drain the water from the board and cook over medium-high heat (350 ° to 400 °) for 3 minutes or until grill marks appear. Remove from the grill. Place the salmon skin side down on a preheated board. Top with lemon slices.Place the baked salmon on the grill, cover, and cook for 20 minutes or until desired browning. (Check from time to time to make sure that the edges of the chips are not burnt.) Decorate if desired.
