Ingredients
1 Cup sour cream
1 Cup sugar
3 eggs
4-5 tablespoons of vegetable oil or 100 gr. margarine's
3 cups flour
Salt, vanilla to taste
1 tsp soda

Cupcakes are prepared and baked quickly. There is nothing complicated here, you can cook them at any time.
Mix sour cream, sugar, vanilla, eggs all of this all of this randomize until homogeneous masses. Add sunflower oil and knead it all again. Next, add a teaspoon of soda slaked with vinegar. Add flour and knead the dough. The dough should have the consistency of thick sour cream.
Grease the molds with margarine and sprinkle with flour. Fill the Forms with dough in half and put them in the oven to bake at a temperature of 200°C - 220°C degrees for about 30 minutes.
