2 eggs
400 - 500 ml of milk
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
150 gr flour
Dill and hard cheese (to taste)

I want to share with you a recipe for delicious pancakes. This recipe is already old, but it is so good that you should not forget about it. These are pancakes with cheese and herbs.

Break the eggs, pour into a bowl and add sugar, salt and mix until smooth.

Add milk 200-250 ml, stir and pour all the flour, stir until smooth. Knead it so that there are no lumps. When you see that the dough is already without lumps, add a portion of milk and look at the consistency of the dough. It should be liquid as more cheese will be added and the dough will become thicker.

Now finely chop the dill, grate the cheese on a fine grater, add to the dough and mix well.

Before frying, be sure to add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil (refined odorless) and mix.
