Ingredients
2.3 oz brown rice flour (about 1/2 cup)
1.15 oz cornstarch (about 1/4 cup)
⅓ cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon flaxseed flour
2 tablespoons softened butter
2 tablespoons canola oil

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 can condensed milk with sugar (14 oz.)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup chopped walnuts
¼ cup chopped almonds

Flaxseed flour adds a nutty and almond flavor to this delicious chocolate chip cookie.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.Mix flour and cornstarch together or spoon lightly into dry measuring cups; smooth with a knife. Combine the flour, cornstarch, brown sugar, and flaxseed flour in a food processor; beat 2 times or until smooth. Add the butter; beat until the mixture is similar to flour.Squeeze the flour mixture firmly into the bottom of an 8-inch square metal baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 ° C for 10 minutes or until golden brown.Combine the chocolate chips and milk in a small saucepan; cook over medium heat for 2 minutes or until the chocolate is melted, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; add vanilla. Pour the mixture over the prepared cake; sprinkle with walnuts and almonds. Bake at 350 ° C for 20 minutes or until the center is set. Cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
