Yeast pancakes

Ingredients

250 ml water or milk
8 gr. Pressed yeast (3 gr. Dry)
2 - 3 teaspoons of sugar
0.5 tsp salt
240 - 250 gr. Sorrow
Vegetable oil for frying

To make

I will share with you the simplest recipe for yeast pancakes. In a mixing bowl, pour warm water (water can be replaced with milk), pressed yeast, sugar and mix well until the sugar dissolves. Now pour the flour here, before that pour the salt on the flour and stir. Stir this mass until smooth, so that there are no lumps. The dough is light, lush. The amount of sugar can be adjusted to your taste. This dough is not enough to knead until smooth, it needs a little more to knead it to develop gluten. It should turn out not liquid, but not thick. When kneading, it is collected in a soft liquid lump and only then spreads. That is, the dough does not spread immediately. When you achieve this result, the dough is ready. Cover it with cling film and wait until the dough rises. It should increase in volume in 2-2.5 times. It will take about 40 minutes. After that, mix the dough and let it stand for about 30 minutes. Next, heat the stove, pour vegetable oil into the pan. Fry pancakes should be on the fire less than average, so that they are well roasted and not burnt. Put them in a pan and fry on each side for about 2-2.5 minutes. Ready pancakes put on a plate with paper towel to remove excess fat.

Pancakes are ready. They are lush, high and soft. You can serve pancakes with sour cream, honey, to your taste. Prepare pancakes according to this recipe, I am sure that you and your family will love them especially since they are prepared easily, quickly and simply, and from affordable products.
