Cobb Salad with Green Goddess Dressing

Ingredients
2 cups water
2 crushed garlic cloves
1 half skinless, boneless chicken breast (6 ounces), cut into 3/4-inch cubes
1 pack (5 oz) baby romaine lettuce
2 cups grape tomatoes, halved
2 ounces shredded blue cheese (about 1/4 cup)
2 hard-boiled large eggs, peeled and chopped
2 slices bacon, seared and crumbled
1 peeled avocado, cut into 1/3-inch chunks

Fresh herbs in the Green Goddess dressing give this classic lunch salad a special flavor.
In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water and garlic to a boil. Add the chicken; remove from the heat and let stand for 8 minutes or until tender. Remove the chicken from the pan with a slotted spoon; dry with paper towels. Place on a plate and let cool completely.While the chicken is cooking, prepare the Green Goddess dressing.Place the lettuce leaves on a platter. Place the chicken, tomatoes, and the next 4 ingredients (via avocado) on top of the lettuce leaves, alternating the ingredients. Serve with the dressing.
