2 pounds ground pork or beef
1/4 onion, diced
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon cumin
1 teaspoon ground garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1-2 cups water

This recipe is for authentic taco meat filling from Mexico. Its an easy meal that will add international flair to your next dinner party!

Brown the meat over medium heat. Drain out any fat. Add onions and cook until onions are transparent. Add spices and stir. Add water and simmer.

Can add more spices to taste.

Serve with tortillas, cheese, tomatoes, and beans.
