1 pack of 2-pound frozen hash browns.
8 oz sour cream
1 can chicken soup puree
½ cup diced onion, sauteed and cooked
2 cups grated spicy cheddar cheese

Place the potatoes on a 9-by-13-inch greased baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper. Melt the butter in the microwave. In a bowl, add the chopped onion, sour cream, chicken soup puree and melted butter and mix. Pour the soup mixture over the potatoes; sprinkle with cheese.
