¾ cup unsweetened cocoa
1 teaspoon baking powder
¾ teaspoon salt

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.Line a 9-inch square baking dish with parchment paper; brush with cooking spray.Spoon the flour into dry measuring cups; flatten with a knife. Combine flour, 1 cup sugar, unsweetened cocoa, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl; whisk to combine. Combine the cherry jam, 1/3 cup water, and butter in a small saucepan; bring to a boil. Add the jam mixture to the flour mixture; mix well. Add the egg and egg white; mix until smooth. Add semisweet chocolate chips. Put the dough on the prepared form. Bake at 350 ° C for 25 minutes or until a few moist crumbs appear on a wooden stick inserted in the middle. Cool in the pan on a wire rack. If desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
