Black pepper peas (sixteen pieces);
Fresh dill greens (one medium sized bunch);
Bay leaves (four pieces);
Finely ground black pepper (one teaspoon);
Brown sugar (to your taste);
Finely ground rock salt (to your taste);
Tomato juice is ready, preferably home-made (nine liters);
Coriander grains (ten pieces);
Allspice (ten peas).

Juice made from juicy tomatoes, like almost everything, so it is often prepared for the winter, many Housewives.

The recipe for tomato juice is quite simple, and, at will, you can prepare it with any spices.

Pre-cooked tomato juice pour into a saucepan the right size, then add Bay leaves and all the dry spices, then put the container on a slow fire. Bring the juice to a boil with spices in a saucepan, then pour in enough sugar, add a little salt to taste, as well as chopped fresh dill, mix everything. Once again, bring the fragrant contents of the pan, but do not let it boil, then, through the gauze, folded in two layers, pour the prepared tomato juice into sterilized jars or large glass clean bottles and clog them. Put all containers lid down and leave to cool the juice.
