Dark Chocolate Frozen Banana Bites

Ingredients
3 small (about 6 inches long) ripe bananas, each cut into 6 (1 inch) slices
18 cocktail options
5 ounces dark chocolate (85% cocoa), finely chopped
2 teaspoons coconut oil
2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded dry coconut, toasted
2 tablespoons chopped toasted almonds
½ teaspoon sea salt flakes (such as Maldon)

Place 1 cocktail slice on each banana slice and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 1 hour.Pour 1-inch-deep water into the bottom of the steamer, set over medium heat; bring to a gentle simmer. Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer. Add the chocolate and butter to the steamer and cook, stirring frequently, until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth, about 4 minutes.Dip 1 banana slice on a skewer in the chocolate mixture; immediately sprinkle with a pinch of coconut and return to the baking tray. Repeat with the remaining coconut chips for 5 more banana slices, then with the almonds for 6 banana slices, then with the sea salt for the remaining 6 banana slices. Freeze the bars for 1 hour before serving.
