600 gr. rose petal
600 - 750 g. sugar
300 ml of water
1 tsp citric acid

I offer you a recipe for rose jam. Jam is very tasty and most importantly very useful. 

First of all, collect the roses, separate the petals and clean them from any contamination. This can be done by putting the petals in a sieve, shake to all the dirt poured out and rinse.

While the rose petals are drying prepare the sugar syrup. Pour all the sugar into a saucepan, cover with water, put on the fire and cook until the sugar dissolves. In the process of cooking, remove the dirty foam so that the syrup is clean. In a bowl for cooking jam portions add rose petals, pour the syrup and mix. When all the syrup is mixed with the petals, put this mixture to boil on a small fire and when boiling, cook for an hour. 45 minutes after boiling, add a teaspoon of citric acid. On this jam is ready. It remains only to pour it into jars.
