2 1/4 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tablespoon dried garlic powder
3 cups grated cheddar cheese
3/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon dried parsley (optional)

This quick bread requires no rising time because it uses baking powder instead of yeast. Even though it is fast to make, the result is a delicious bread that is perfect for a weeknight dinner. Any type of medium or hard cheese can be used to suit your tastes. They are best served warm!
- Mix flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, melted butter, garlic, and parsley in a bowl
- Add cheese and mix until crumbly
- Add milk, mix well to form dough
- Roll dough into 12 small balls, all the same size
- Bake for about 15 minutes at 400°f or until golden
