Easy Mac n Cheese Veggie Chicken Casserole

4 tablespoons Country Crock® spread, melted, halved
1 cup 2% milk
8 oz rotini pasta, cooked and dried
2 cups diced boiled chicken
4 cups assorted frozen vegetables, defrosted
2 ¼ cups finely chopped low-fat cheddar cheese
¼ cup plain dry breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
