Fruit Salad with Honey-Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients
1 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
1 ½ teaspoons grated lime zest
3 cups diced pineapples (about 1 medium size)
1 ½ cups chopped brabourne apple (about 1 large)
1 cup orange slices (about 2 oranges)
1 cup chopped peeled kiwis (about 2 large)
⅓ cup coconut chips with sugar
1 medium banana, sliced
¼ cup chopped almonds, toasted
To make
Honey-sweetened yogurt infused with fresh fruit is a refreshing addition to any meal, but especially for brunch. Yogurt sauce can be prepared and put in the refrigerator for a day in advance. You can also mix and refrigerate the fruit mixture (other than the banana) for three hours in advance; before serving, stir the banana so that it doesn't darken.
Combine the yogurt, honey, and lime zest in a small bowl.Combine the pineapple and the following 4 ingredients (via coconut flakes) in a large bowl; mix gently. Just before serving, add the banana. Top the fruit mixture with yogurt sauce; sprinkle with almonds.
