Grilled Asian Flank Steak with Mango Salad

Ingredients
¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
5 teaspoons sugar, divided
1 tablespoon grated peeled fresh ginger
1 tablespoon minced fresh garlic
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
1 sirloin steak (1 lb.), trimmed
Cooking Spray
3 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon low-fat peanut butter
½ teaspoon ground red pepper flakes
3 cups shredded romaine lettuce
2 cups chopped green cabbage
½ cup mint leaves
½ cup cilantro leaves
¼ cup green onion, thinly sliced
1 mango, peeled and diced

Grilled Asian fillet steak with mango salad has a great mix of flavors, and this one-course meal will be on the table in just 40 minutes. Mango gives the dish a pleasant sweetness, and peanut butter gives the dressing a soft peanut flavor.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.Combine the chopped cilantro, 1 tablespoon sugar, and the following 4 ingredients (with soy sauce) in a large zippered plastic bag. Add the beef; let stand for 15 minutes. Remove the beef from the marinade; leave the marinade.Place the beef on a grate greased with cooking spray. Drizzle with remaining marinade. Saute for 5 minutes on each side or until desired browning degree. Remove from grill; cover with foil. Let stand for 5 minutes; cut across the fibers in thin slices.Combine lime juice, 2 tablespoons water, peanut butter, remaining 2 teaspoons sugar, and pepper in a large bowl; whisk to combine. Add the lettuce leaves and the next 4 ingredients; stir to coat. Spread the salad evenly over 4 plates; top evenly with the mango. Serve with beef.
