Ingredients
Cake mix:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 tablespoon brown sugar
⅛ a teaspoon of salt
1 oz high-quality white chocolate, grated or finely chopped
2 tablespoons butter, melted and cooled
1 tablespoon canola oil
Cooking Spray
Filling:
½ cup plain 2% low-fat Greek yogurt
½ cup fresh lime juice cupcake or fresh lime
½ teaspoon grated lime zest
3 large egg yolks
1 can low-fat condensed milk with sugar (14 oz.)
¾ cup frozen whipped topping, no fat, defrosted

Lime pie turns out to be lighter! Our version retains the taste qualities of a traditional dessert, but much less calories and fat.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.To make the cake, combine the crumbs, sugar, salt, and chocolate in a bowl, mixing well. Add the butter and vegetable oil; mix with a fork until smooth. Squeeze the crumble mixture onto the bottom and top sides of a 9-inch pie dish coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 ° C for 8-10 minutes or until it starts to brown; cool completely on a wire rack.To make the filling, combine the yogurt and the following 4 ingredients (with milk) in a bowl; beat with a mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour the mixture over the prepared cake. Bake at 350 ° C for 14 minutes or until cooked through. Let the cake cool completely on a wire rack. Cover loosely and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serve with whipped cream.
