Ingredients
500g pork
3 eggplant
4 tomatoes
2 peppers
1 onion
Dill and parsley
Spices for meat
Dried rosemary
Mayonnaise-to taste
Vegetable oil
To make
RUB the pork with spices and mayonnaise, leave for 1 hour and bake in the oven at 180°C for 50 minutes. Then let cool and cut into pieces. To wash vegetables. Cut the eggplant into strips and then fry in oil until tender. Chop the onion and fry until Golden brown. Tomatoes and peppers cut into cubes, greens-chop. Put layers on the dish eggplant, onion, pork, pepper, herbs and tomatoes. Each layer (don't touch the top) to miss the mark with mayonnaise. The salad garnish with mayonnaise and greens.
