I want to share with you a recipe for a delicious salad General. This is a festive salad, but it can also be prepared for the usual feast.

First of all, boil the beef, carrots and eggs. Soak dried apricots in boiling water for 15 minutes then drain. Cut the beef and dried apricots into small cubes, and grate the carrot eggs and cheese on a coarse grater.

Next, all the products need to be laid out in layers in a salad bowl watering each layer with dressing. For dressing in 150 grams of mayonnaise and add granular mustard and mix until smooth.

The first layer is beef. The second layer of dried apricots. The third layer of the egg. The fourth layer is carrots. The fifth layer of cheese. Most of the dressing should be added to the first layer, that is, on the beef, so that it is not dry. After the last layer, pour the top of the salad dressing and decorate. Decorate the salad you can just fill it with the top of green onions. You can also sprinkle it with the yolk of a boiled egg. After that, the salad should be allowed to infuse for 2 or 3 hours in a cool place, so that it is soaked and can be served.
