Ingredients
Sausages-150-200 g
Boiled potatoes-2-3 PCs.
Processed cheese-2 packs
Boiled egg - 4 PCs.
Onion (to taste) green
Mayonnaise
For decoration: olives, sweet pepper-yellow, red, green, parsley, dill
To make
Salad spread layers in the form of a Cockerel: 1 layer-boiled sausages, diced, spread on a dish, spread mayonnaise on top; 2 layer-potatoes, grated on a grater, mayonnaise on top; 3 layer-grated yolks; 4 layer-melted cheese, grated on a fine grater, on top-a mesh of mayonnaise; 5 layer-grated egg whites. It remains only to decorate: the "eyes" made from half olives, or dark berries. From pepper cut out "crest", "beak", "beard", "wings" and "tail" Cockerel. Greens slice and spread on the bottom of the figurine of the rooster.
