Lemon-Maple Vinaigrette

Ingredients
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
½ teaspoon kosher salt
⅛ a teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
To make
Combine all the ingredients, stirring well with a whisk. Cover and refrigerate until tender before serving.
