Ingredients
1 (8 oz) pack softened cream cheese
¼ cup softened butter
6 cups powdered sugar
1 tablespoon lemon zest
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
To make
Cook for 15 minutes, just 15 minutes.
Beat the cream cheese and butter with an electric mixer on medium speed until creamy. Gradually add the powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time, whisking on low speed until smooth after each addition. Whisk with the lemon zest and lemon juice until smooth. Increase the speed to high and beat until light and fluffy.
