1 (8 oz) pack of pasta
3 tablespoons butter
¼ cup all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground red pepper flakes

1 (8-ounce) cube of sharp grated cheddar cheese
1 (4 oz) can diced pimiento, drained
¾ cup thin, dry breadcrumbs
¾ cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
½ cup milk

Fry the pieces in portions for 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.Baked Pasta with Golden Pimiento Cheese: Prepare according to the step-by-step instructions Pour the pasta mixture into a lightly greased 13-inch x 9-inch baking dish; do not refrigerate. Do not add eggs and 1/2 cup of milk. Combine the breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese; sprinkle over the mixture. Do not add oil. Bake at 350 ° C for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
