Ingredients
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon ground ancho chili powder
¼ teaspoon ground cumin
¼ teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon kosher salt
4 (6 oz) Alaskan salmon fillet
Cooking Spray
2 tablespoons maple syrup

Prepare a large portion of the spice mash and store it in an airtight container; use it to add flavor to meat and fish on weekdays. Serve with tomato and dill couscous.
Preheat the grill.Combine the first 6 ingredients; spread the spice mixture evenly over the meaty part of the fillet. Place the fish on a baking sheet greased with cooking spray; bake for 6 minutes or until lightly browned. Brush the fillets evenly with the syrup; bake for 1 minute.
