Mixed Greens with Goat Cheese, Cranberries, and Walnuts

Ingredients
16 cups mixed greens
1 cup sweetened dried cranberries
1 cup toasted walnut halves
Lemon-maple vinaigrette
1 pack (11 oz) shredded goat's cheese
To make
Lemon-maple vinaigrette adds a vibrant flavor to balance rich goat cheese and aromatic walnuts. This classic salad will be a nice addition to any table.
Combine the herbs, cranberries, and walnuts in a large bowl. Just before serving, drizzle with 2/3 cup lemon-maple sauce and sprinkle with goat cheese.Note: For another serving option, cut the goat's cheese into 16 slices. Roll the slices in chopped toasted walnuts (do not put half walnuts in the salad). Serve slices with herbs; drizzle with lemon-maple sauce.
