½ cup (4 oz) light cream cheese, rolled
8 toasted slices of cinnamon raisin bread (1.1 oz each)
2 tablespoons finely chopped walnuts, toasted
2 Bartlett pears, peeled and thinly sliced
1 cup alfalfa sprouts

Spread 1 tablespoon cream cheese evenly on each of the 8 slices of bread. Sprinkle 1/2 tablespoon walnuts evenly on each of the 4 slices of bread. Sprinkle each piece evenly with pear slices, sprouts, and 1 slice of bread. Cut each sandwich in half diagonally.
