- For the dough -
2 eggs (large)
200 grams of sugar
150 gr sour cream
150 g butter
0.5 tsp salt
50 gr nuts
1 h spoon baking powder
1 h spoon vanilla sugar
200 gr all purpose flour
- For crumb -
100 g walnuts
100 grams of sugar
75 gr all purpose flour
50 g butter
1 h spoon vanilla sugar or cinnamon

Today we are going to cook a delicious pecan pie. It is prepared very quickly, but it will need a mixer or a kitchen machine. 

First of all, you need to prepare a form, preferably detachable, with a diameter of about 24 centimeters. Cooking the cake should start with the crumbs. Mix flour and butter, it should not be frozen or too soft. Until achieving a homogeneous crumbs, pour sugar and vanilla sugar and again grind well. Long it is not necessary to RUB, so as not to warm the butter. Next, pour the nuts back. Now mix well and RUB a little with your fingers. The oil will completely disperse and the nuts will connect well with the crumb. After that, put the resulting crumbs in the refrigerator. 

Butter mix with the sugars, randomize all of this mixer, when oil fully combine with the sugars, adding eggs and continue whipping, precisely under whipping with eggs need achieve full dissolving of the sugar. When sugar is completely dissolved add sour cream, then add flour. The dough should be soft, not liquid and not dense. Next, add the chopped nuts to the dough and mix.

 Put the dough in a mold, level and fill with crumbs that we have prepared earlier. After that, you can bake the cake at a temperature of 170-180 degrees for about 45 minutes. 

Walnut cake turns out beautiful and rosy, it is very fragrant and of course delicious.
