8 slices of rustic bread, 1 inch thick
¾ cup cooked pesto
1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
1 medium-sized tomato, peeled, chopped
6 ounces shredded feta

To make

Spread pesto on rustic bread and top with bell peppers, tomatoes, and feta to make this flavorful bruschetta.
Place the oven rack about 4 inches from the heat source; preheat the grill to high heat.Place the bread slices on a non-greased baking sheet. Spread the pesto, then sprinkle with pepper, tomatoes and cheese.Bake the bruschetta until the edges are lightly browned, 3 to 5 minutes. (Watch the pieces carefully to avoid burning the edges.) Serve immediately.
