Popcorn with Brown Butter and Parmesan

Ingredients
1 cup of popcorn seeds or 1 bag of regular microwave popcorn
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
To make
Roll out the popcorn. Brown the butter: Melt the butter in a skillet or small saucepan over medium-high heat. Beat or stir the butter with a wooden spoon when it starts to foam and splash. Remove the butter from the heat as soon as it starts to turn a golden brown color and begins to smell like nuts, for about 1 minute. Sprinkle over the popcorn. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and salt and mix well.
