Potato, Carrot and Onion Soup

Ingredients

6 medium-sized potato slices
6 medium-sized carrot slices
3 medium-sized onions Medium-sized onion
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons olive oil
5 glasses of water
2 cubes vegetable broth
¾ cup green lentil soup / broth mixture

To make

Thick soup of potatoes, carrots and onions.
Peel and finely chop the onion.Add the onion to a skillet with olive oil and simmer for ~ 15-20 minutes.Peel the carrots and cut them into cubes.Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.Crumble 2 cubes of vegetable stock into a saucepan of boiling water. Stir until dissolved.Add the carrots, potatoes, lentils and broth to the pan with the onions. Bring to a boil.After boiling, turn down the heat and simmer for 25-30 minutes.Add salt, basil and oregano and simmer for 5 minutes.Whisk until smooth.Nom.
