How to cook a baked halibut? First you need to make a marinade. In half a liter of boiling water add 2 tablespoons of salt, fennel, all prepared types of pepper, stir, cool. The fish make deep cuts and fill them with crushed rosemary. Bay cooled marinade, leave it to marinate for an hour.
Bulbs cut into thin rings, potatoes — slices. On a baking sheet spread foil (preferably in 2 layers), lubricated with oil. Then spread on it layers of onions, potatoes with rosemary leaves, fish, salt. The edges of the foil should be raised and wrapped so that the middle remains open. Bake the fish at 180 degrees until cooked (about 30 minutes).
Serve baked halibut hot.
