2 l of milk
400 gr. sour cream
6 eggs
3 teaspoons salt (25 gr.)

I offer you a recipe for homemade cheese. I advise you to try this recipe. It is prepared very simply and turns out very tasty.

In milk pour salt, stir, put the fire and bring to a boil. While the milk is boiling whisk the eggs, add sour cream and mix well until smooth. When the milk boils, stir in the egg sour cream mixture. After boiling, do not disturb. Cook for 5-6 minutes until the whey is separated. Forth gauze put an on a sieve and all of this neatly merged on cheesecloth. Do not forget to substitute some dishes under the sieve, so that all the serum fits there. Cover the cheese with a plate and put on a plate some cargo, for example a bottle of water and leave for an hour at room temperature until cool. When the cheese has cooled it should be put in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours. After this time, the cheese will be ready.
