Ingredients
Potatoes - 1 kg
Chum salmon fillet - 600 g
Frozen spinach-300 g
Onions - 2 PCs.
Eggs - 2 PCs.
Dill - bunch
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
Flour - 1 tbsp.
Butter-30 g
Salt to taste
To make
Peel the potatoes, wash and cook until tender.
Defrost spinach at room temperature and chop.
Fillet rinse, dry and season with salt. Drain 2/3 of the water from the container with the finished potatoes, add the butter and then mash into a puree.
Add the egg and flour, mix well. Chop the onion and then fry in vegetable oil.
Put mashed potatoes on the plastic wrap evenly on top place the spinach, onion and fish. Roll up and put in the form. Beat the egg and lubricate them a good roll. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180°C.
