One small container of Ricotta cheese (that's about fifteen ounces)
One small packet of chopped mozzarella cheese (about eight ounces)
A small packet of Parmesan cheese (about three ounces)
One large chicken egg
Two teaspoons Italian seasoning
One pound of smoked sausage (you can choose it to your taste)
1/2 cans of Marinara sauce
Six cakes

To make

Before making lasagna, we first need to heat the oven to three hundred and seventy-five degrees Fahrenheit (or one hundred and ninety degrees Celsius).

Now combine for our lasagna ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg and Italian seasoning in one common bowl.

Sausage cut into thin slices and cook in a pan over medium heat until it becomes pink. It will take about ten or fifteen minutes.

Slices of fried sausage mix in the sauce “Marinara”.

Now evenly distribute one-sixth of the cheese mixture on the cakes, carefully lay out the slices of sausage on top and pour the rest of the cheese mixture.

Bake lasagna in the oven, which we preheated until the cheese is completely melted and there will be bubbles. It will take about ten to fifteen minutes.
