2 tablespoons frozen unsalted butter or margarine
11/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon sugar
3 tablespoons cold water
1 tablespoon butter
2 large onions, cut in half and then thinly cut into slices
1 Cup heavy cream
2 eggs

To make a cake, cut the butter into small pieces and put them in a food processor equipped with a metal knife. Mix the flour and sugar, pour them into a food processor and mix so that the butter and flour begin to mix. Pour in cold water while the harvester is running.

When the dough takes the form of a ball, put it in a bowl, wrap with waxed paper and freeze. While onions are fried, mix in a bowl of cream and eggs; beat them together and sprinkle with black pepper. When the onion is ready, let cool.

Preheat the oven to 190 C. Roll out the dough to get a circle less than b mm thick. Spread it on a 20-centimeter form for pies and cut off all the extra dough that will come out of the edges. When the onion has cooled, mix it with cream and egg mass. Pour this mixture over the dough in the form, put on the middle grill in the oven and bake for 35-45 minutes to a toothpick stuck in the center of the pie, came out clean.
