0.5 kg of potatoes
1 egg
1 onion (70 gr.)
50 gr.fats
Salt, black pepper
Vegetable oil

I will share with you the recipe of Potato pancakes. It is the fat in this recipe that makes them juicy, softer and of course more satisfying.

Cut the bacon and onion into very small cubes or grind with a blender. If you for some reason you do not eat fat, then just remove it from the recipe and cook without it. Now peel the potatoes, grate on a small grater. Next, mix all the potatoes and squeeze all the juice into a plate. To give the juice to stand for about three minutes, to donkey starch. Next, this juice is carefully drained, collect the settled starch from the bottom of the plate and mix with potatoes. Add to potatoes onion, bacon, egg, salt, pepper to taste. Mix all this into a homogeneous mass. 

Now you can put the pan on the fire and pour the oil there (you do not need to pour a lot of oil). Fry them until Golden brown, about 2 minutes on each side.
