Rosemary Lamb Chops

Ingredients
1 ½ teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
8 lamb rib chops (3 oz.), trimmed
2 teaspoons olive oil
To make
Combine the chopped rosemary, salt, pepper, and minced garlic in a small bowl. Sprinkle the lamb evenly with the herb mixture; lightly grate the lamb.Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Pour the oil into the pan; stir to coat. Add the lamb; cook for 3 minutes on each side or until just cooked through. Remove the lamb from the pan; let stand for 5 minutes.
