2 flounder carcasses
1 head onion
2 tomatoes
Lemon juice, soy sauce, spices to taste
To make
To prepare, I take 2 carcasses of flounder, carefully wash them and clean. Prepared carcasses sprinkle with spices to taste, sometimes I take spices for fish dishes.
Peel 1 head of onions, then cut into rings, spread in a greased form, put the fish on top, sprinkle with lemon juice and soy sauce to taste. Spread on top of diced tomatoes (2 PCs.).
The form is sent to a preheated 180°С oven for 35 minutes.
If desired, the fish for 5 minutes. until tender, you can sprinkle with grated cheese.
