Halibut-500 g
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
Wheat bread-3-4 slices
Sweet paprika-2 tsp.
Egg - 2 PCs.
Salt to taste
Vegetable oil for frying

Classic red breading keeps halibut-tender and juicy, and sweet paprika adds brightness to the taste and appearance of the dish.

Bread chop into cubes (necessarily with a crust), dry in the oven, cool, grind into crumbs, add 1 tsp paprika.

Wash halibut, dry and each portion piece of salt, sprinkle with lemon juice.

Beat egg with salt and paprika. Fish alternately dip in egg, red breading and fry for 8 minutes on each side. If desired, you can pour tomato sauce over the fish.
