The first thing you need to grind the cheese, preferably do it with a fork. Break the egg into a separate bowl, add sugar, a pinch of salt and mix well into a homogeneous mass. Pour this into the cottage cheese and mix well. Next, add the flour and mix. When all will gather in one solid lump, knead the dough. It should be smooth and soft. Now this test should be allowed to lie for 15-20 minutes, sprinkle a little flour on it, so that there is no crust.

At this time, put a pan of water on the stove and bring to a boil. When the dough will stand for a specified time, you need to make dumplings. Roll out the dough into a flagellum and cut into pieces about 1.5 centimeters thick. Round all the pieces, it can be done with a knife or hands, as you like and a little press them down.

Now you can cook dumplings. Send them into boiling water and once they boil, cook for a few minutes and you can turn off the stove. In a bowl for dumplings, you can pour melted butter, and the same you can pour them with oil, it's to your taste.
