I buy a package of thin Armenian pita bread and cook a very tasty hearty snack. On one pita distribute mashed canned fish, cover with a mesh of mayonnaise, tightly fold.
On the next pita distribute chopped pickled onions (I keep it 20 min. in a mixture of warm water, salt, sugar and vinegar) and mayonnaise, put on the edge of the layer roll with fish and roll. On the same principle, I cook three more layers of pita bread with fillings of grated cheese, grated carrots and chopped greens (all with mayonnaise). I cut the edges, wrap the roll in plastic wrap, let it soak for 2 hours, cut it.
